There is no reason Vancouver would retain salary on Miller... and as much as they may want Liljgren, I suspect Toronto would move Sandin before him.
Sorry, I can't see any logic or upside for Toronto in moving Nylander for Wilson.
I don't see Ottawa taking back salary and unusable players for Murray. I doubt Simmonds would waive his No-movement to go to Ottawa, he wants a cup... and there is no way Jake Muzzin allows a deal to Arizona. Just not happening.
I see what your trying to do here, the logic behind moving players out (except Nylander) is fine, but the return isn't realistic.

Toronto is probably the only other place Wilson would want to go but it will take a gross overpayment to get him and even though Nylander is better Wilson probably has more value in the eyes of GMs.
