In all seriousness he was probably being overplayed which attributed to those stats and thrust into some very bad defensive situations. I think he'd be an under the radar pickup.

I think that he'd be under the radar pick that could end up being very good but even if he doesn't work he is a buriable contract but I could really see this as the next Michael Bunting.

Also DeAngelo wasn't under the radar. The big question was whether his caracter would allow him to keep playing NHL games.

Points to Consider

- Brown is a good penalty killer and would have great two way play. Would be a great playoff preformer and would play way above his cap hit.
- Kakko is a prime offersheet candidate with New York's looming as a 4m offersheet would be extremely difficult to handle.
- Kravtsov holds a fraction of the value that he used to with a mediocre KHL season and potential character problems.
- Kravtsov hasn't had the smothest development path.
- Brown may be willing to take an extension and discount to stay with a top contender.
- A 4m dollar offersheet to Kakko over 2 years could make it extremely difficult to sign Laffreniere and Miller.

Isn't being one of the worst players on one of the worst teams a bad thing? I don't see how that's a benefit for him. He probably was being overplayed but he still put up terrible numbers and was the #4 D man by TOI so it's not like he was their #1 guy or anything
