Might have been some possible Monahan to Columbus scenario before Roslovic signed, but not anymore. They've got at least 5 guys who will likely get centre reps this year now so there's no point in them taking Monahan.

Strome is good but he takes a **** load of dumb penalties and he is very inconsistent.

Strome isn't bad but he is very inconsistent. Also, he is not even close to what he wants to get paid this summer. He's a headache and you will be screaming at your TV watching him play. He does things well and is a great culture guy but he is the product of playing with Panarin. He is NOT a 2C on any contending team.
