I don’t think Philly and Jersey will ever help each other out… I’m really curious to see Farabee play without AV for a full year. Every flyers numbers were muffled under that coach but Farabee pretty much only played under him… he could explode this year and be a point a game player… wishful thinking maybe

Philly wouldnt do that, Farabee is a top 6 forward, and we dont need more middle 6 forwards. We need more higher end talent so it doesnt make sense

You get rid of 7 million in cap from JVR to sign Johnny. You get Wood, Zacha and Foote. You're going to have to give up a piece for that 7 mill in cap space. Foote has potential for middle 6. I think the return is fair for both. I also think Wood and Zacha would thrive in Philly.

no Guarantees that Johnny comes to Philly. If we have to dump JVR's contract, we arent moving Farabee for it. We already have too many middle 6 pieces. Farabee is a top 6 piece. They arent giving that up. A cost controlled 22 year old
