It is no use to a team in a rebuild when you take a top 6 forward and then give them a 1st that is 3 years away. Come on that 1st is 2024 that is 3 drafts away and that player will be in the 20's and is probably 4 years away from the draft. That is 7 years to wait for a player to make the squad. Not garbage but not useful for a team trying to come out of a rebuild. So in essence it is garbage to Wings, 3 years ago it would ha e been plausible, sure but no now.
