If Miller is traded i doubt they take anything but futures with a top4 D prospect at worst so you'd need to replace Liljegren for Sandin (whos a candidate for an offer sheet) and try to upgrade Garland's value with PP time. Doesnt make sense to trade Garland at a low value rn
