Canucks lose nearly every trade, and not by just a little. Mikeyev and Crouse are not good wingers for Petey, the Canucks get absolutely ripped off in the Miller trade in more ways than one, and there is no point in trading Garland for that little. I'll start with that

I don’t know why so many Canuck fans want to trade Garland, but I’d pay that to get him. I’m not a Garland fan, but he just keeps performing well, and at some point, I have to just say, I was wrong, he’s legit.

Sure he’s not a 30 goal scorer, but he’s a very solid top6 winger, preferably 2nd line. He’s basically what I expect out of Colin White, if White was given the same opportunity that Garland has had, a 20G-30A-50 point player. Four more years at $4.95MM is fair as well.
