You told me I wanted Nylander, Sandin and a first for pulock which isn’t true. This is why I say Toronto fans are like pigeons. They are annoying and **** everywhere.

I think you should go re-read the conversation, your making stuff up at an astonishing pace here

You are right I misread it. You said the leafs aren’t giving Nylander and Sandin for Pulock and the 13th pick. Terrible take, but you are right that I misread it.

Honestly I wouldn’t have bothered correcting me. Your take was even worse than what I thought you said. Regardless you have my deepest apologies for my error.

Lol, you're hilarious. Why would the leafs make that trade? It does nothing for them

All I said was that it’s unfair to the Isles. The last 5 guys selected 13th overall were Nick Suzuki, Ty Dellandrea, Spencer Knight, Seth Jarvis and Mathew Coronato. With the exception of Dellandrea, who was selected ahead of Nick Suzuki, you could argue each guy on that list is worth more than Nylander. In Coronato’s case it is probably too soon to say. Also worth mentioning that in Dellandrea’s was selected over Joel Farabee who went 14th, Ty Smith went 17th and K’Andre Miller went 22nd. Also worth noting that Spencer Knight went before Cole Caufield, Alex Newhook and Peyton Krebs.

Cool. Don’t know what to tell you bro. Just saying that trading the 13th pick seems like a bad idea.

Nail Yakupov was drafted 1st over all, Nylander is better than him, therefor Nylander is worth the 1st over all

Slugger? Is this the 1950’s? My point was that there is a pretty good track record of guys taken in that range. It’s not controversial to suggest that trading draft picks in the lottery can backfire.

You forgot to add Liljegren in the VAN trade. They don't need Kerfoot at all. Schenn also doesn't need to be in the trade, VAN value him highly.

that trade is already awful for the leafs, no way they add. And they also really dont want an old bottom pairing guy who would be their 7th defender

Not a huge fan of this trade for VAN as well. Don't think VAN and TOR make good trading partners.

Only a team that has the cap space to negotiate contract extension make sense here for this type of trade. Miller probably doesn't even want to play in Canada, unless he gets paid big time.
