This list is off of the player’s production themselves, not their contracts.

For an example someone like Skinner is playing really well and is not talked about like someone with his production on that team should.

like @EsoYeezus69 said above, Jeff Skinner is a good example. I think he’s underrated because he’s overpaid tbh. He had a good year, got paid, then fell off. He was basically written off as a good player. This year he’s been great, but gets no attention because he’s overpaid. He is a very good player, however.

Tavares is another example. I don’t think he’s worth $11M, but he’s not washed like a lot of people seem to think. He’s JUST below PPG, playing 2nd line minutes. Because his play isn’t $11M level, he’s looked at as overrated, when in reality he’s still very good. Thus making him underrated.

I would put Engvall over Mikheyev

I think either one would work tbh.

People everywhere seem to think Mikheyev is a decent player but half the people on here see Engvall as an AHL player

I'd pick Kyle Connor instead of Neal Pionk.

I don't think anyone is underrating Connor

TSN seems to be saying that quite a bit recently, but who knows they only pay attention to two markets anyway.
