As to the trade, I love Asplund but I make that trade every day of the year.
Buffalo does not have the roster spots for all of the pieces (Lapierre, Roy, Martinez, and Howden) but I suppose Karmanos could flip them after the trade.

Never have liked O'Reilly lol, way too slow. No way he makes it very far into his 30's with his play style. I've always loved senko... Didn't really get why everyone was saying he was playing terribly as he had 14 points in 24 games (not ideal, but still decent).

Binnington has been truly terrible, he has been better his last few games... but tbh he looks nervous lol. I'll admit this too, in the offseason I thought we needed one thing, a backup goalie. But, Husso has completely proved me wrong and I am glad he has.

I'm a Canucks fan and I remember how intimidating O'Reilly's mere presence was back in the bubble playoffs. He felt genuinely scary in his ability to move defenders where he wanted them. Don't remember being so scared of a player like that.

That series has to be the most disappointing series I have ever watched as a Blues fan, especially when you consider our dominant regular season.
