Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Wanted to see what things look like for next season. The trade particulars are irrelevant. Point is Georgie, Hajek and Gauthier all have no place here and should be able to get a bottom six player on a cheap contract and maybe a backup goalie also. Not sure if there’s any interest in Nemeth but once he’s gone there’s room to sign Copp, a depth defenseman, backup goalie and possibly bring Rooney back. As long as we don’t give money to Kakko and Kravtsov that they haven’t earned. Not likely Kravtsov plays in NY again but a shot with Panarin might be the best chance.

Copp is going to get somewhere around $5M and Kakko somewhere around $2.25M. It doesn't really make sense to pay for a UFA goalie, easy call to bring back Huska or Kinkaid and let them have the backup role (Benny really likes Huska, so I fully believe he will be the backup next year)

Kakko is an excellent depth forward with potential, he should get around 2-3 M.

Hawks have no use for any of those players. They're not giving up draft picks. You could probably get raddysh but you'd have to give up something the hawks actually have interest in
