Bertuzzi trade is a royal joke, Yzerman acknowledge that he talked to Hextall on Tyler Bertuzzi. But he said what we Wing fans have said all along. Pittsburgh doesn't have the prospects to get it done.

All i seen was the asking price was a 1st, and a prospect +. I could’ve done Poulin over Legare. If you were to decline that then idk what to say. Not sure how you think Bertuzzi is worth 3 1st round picks. Considering someone like Jakob Chychrun’s price was 3 1st round picks.

It's pretty good value for a 1-year rental, don't listen to him.

You're not getting Bertuzzi for a lowball BS offer.

Bertuzzi has publicly stated that he loves it in Detroit and wants to resign here. Yzerman has publicly stated (as late as the day before yesterday) that his top priority is to resign Larkin and Bertuzzi and that he'll start that process as soon as it's allowed, on the 1st of July.

Detroit is not going to trade away an 80 point per season player that plays both wings and both PP and PK unless they're getting the same production back.
