None of those prospects are at all interesting and Myers hasn't really been great. I'd rather the Devils target someone in free agency than lockdown Myers as their #3 RHD. Farrance is expected to be at his height a #4 guy, and Mismash isn't anything interesting.

Rather keep Zacha than get any of those parts.

I like the idea of trading for Zacha, but I think you’re going to be disappointed if you expect a bigger return than this.

I'd have medium interest in Zacha, if he came cheap enough. I'd still be wary though as any sort of raise on his current contract could be a problem, if he doesn't make a big leap right away with a new team. This is considerably more than I'd be comfortable giving up for him though, and I don't want what's left of Subban back.

I'm not psyched to trade him just to dump him. I get why his value wouldn't be high for most, but the Devils could still trade him with retention to a team very tight on the cap if those teams were stretched thin. I just don't see a fit between NJD and NSH. Getting a bunch of small pieces for the Devils now doesn't make sense when they don't need cheap depth.
