I can't see any teams taking on Murray's contract, and I think Ottawa knows this, but in the hypothetical scenario that Arizona is willing to take a bad contract from Ottawa, in this case its Murray, I don't see Ottawa trading its first, especially this year, to the Coyotes, because this year the draft pick would be very high. I could see Ottawa offering one or two second round picks but idk if Arizona will accept it.
