2nd, this season sure but A. They are both UFAs this offseason. B. Varlamov was hurt to start the year, got covid, and has never gotten a consistent role on the team. C> His 20-21 season (last year) was by far better than any season either of the two Avs goalies have ever had. Sakic is known to take advantage of the Islanders before. it's been almost 3-4 months now. his starts he had a good october and unreal november but since then it's been rough.
