Doesn't seem like a good deal for either team. Flyers lose their franchise goalie and don't get an established roster player or a sure-fire prospect. The Oilers lose all their valuable draft picks for 3 years.
I think the value favours the Flyers, as mentioned already, thats a pretty large return of draft capital.
If Hart were to become available, I feel like it would make more sense to dial it back on the picks and include players like Yamamoto, Skinner, maybe even a Broberg etc. Skinner has some value, and if you're trading for Hart, no need for him anymore. A player like Yamo gives them a tenacious forward who is in the lineup right away and can pitch in offensively. I just feel like it makes more sense for the Flyers to get something a little more established. But I do also acknowledge the Oilers may want to keep as many roster players as possible, and would prefer to move futures. Somewhere in the middle would make the most sense.
