And again, the guy who stated this is an actual insider who takes part in these discussions with other GMs and execs, not just someone wearing the tag of an insider when they really are not that. So you may find it hard to believe, but that is real insider talk. Besides, on Carolina, Hot Dog Phil would be a 3rd liner/PP2 at best.
