Subban would provide nothing to the sharks, he won’t help us this year is old and won’t be here next. that would be a huge waste of picks and cap space we could use to pick up more draft picks.

Subban is a shell of what he used to be and a rental. The sharks have no need for another overpayed defenseman and they certainly not paying for one like that. I’m sure another team may be interested but not San Jose

Sharks are only 7 points out of a playoff spot but you seem determined they’re not buyers. Ok, I don’t really care, but a future 3rd and a 6th isn’t really a “huge waste” of resources.

7 points out but we also have more games played than anyone else in our division, and 11 of the next 14 games are against playoff caliber teams and the other three are Islanders Seattle who has played us well and Vancouver who are playing better than us right now.
and even if were were in the playoffs subban wouldn't help when we have Karlsson and Burns already.
