I don’t like these acquisitions for the Rangers. And I don’t think your offers are enough to make it happen. Either not enough, or not what the teams need.

Overpay on Hertl but underpay on Chychrun. Honestly don't think the Rangers should go after either though. We're good on defense and Smith and Stastny are more cost effective options than Hertl.

Way too much for Hertl, Way too much to give up for a rental in Hertl. Overpay for Hertl and underpay for Chychrun. And adding Chychrun and Dadonov pretty much eats all the Rangers cap for next season. Right now the NYR bonus cushion is around $5,000,000 so you're over their bonus cushion next year is $4,500,000 need to think these things out.
