Do you acrue capspace if you're using LTIR? I thought you couldn't so with Seabrook on LTIR they don't have the room you think they do.

Let's just ignore Tampa knowing what they have in Raddysh and Katchouk and only wanting to trade them for clear upgrades. Fischer doesn't move the needle. Let's also ignore Tampa being right up against the salary cap.

Even when you compare it relative to teammates both Katchouk and Raddysh have better analytics so it takes that into account. His analytics SUCK
