You don't have to be a genius to know that McDavid and Draisaitl can't carry a team every single night. Atleast the team showed that the team can totally crush Montreal without McDavid getting in the stat sheet.

Gotta feel for the oilers that have lost 16 of their past 26 game without missing Draistail or McDavid. Thats pretty impressive. Another couple month and you will be in the lottery draft pool. Even more impressive considering that they have been healthier then Montreal.

Anderson is worth a 2nd+ and that's it. Allen is a backup or 1B goalie and not playoff run material. Trade is vastly in favour for the Canadiens
