I think Steve Y will give him term if he's willing to take less than market value, there are no movement conditions (no NMC) and front load or heavy bonus the deal, so that he'll be easy to move in the last couple years of the deal.

Nobody has gotten term yet since he took over. 2-3 year deals for everybody.

I think Provorov would be the right call in DET. A lot less pressure in DET with Seider already taking over the 1 spot and Edvinsson moving in hopefully next year. He slots in perfectly as a #3

Edvinsson probably will take longer is the take I am seeing the most. Still, #2 is better then #1 and eventual #3/4 the goal. The question is the cost, but given his contract being overpayed territory, who knows.
