Nemec in 2022 Bedard in 2023

Mode - plafond salarial: Basique
Description
So the Defense look solid if we can land a guy like Simon Nemec

Goaltending is fine with Price and Primeau (long shot with Dobes)

Our Center depth would be amazing with a 1-2 punch Suzuki Bedard. Poehling stays at 3C until one of Kidney or Kapanen surpassed him (if they do)
The RW is set in stone, Anderson Gallagher Caufield Ylönen
Now our week side is the LW
Farrell is amazing in the NCAA despite of his seize
Roy is amazing in the Q
One of these 2 need to be a homerun (they are not presently) if we want some hope on the LW.
Mysak will be a Lehkonen 2.0, hopefully is offense translate better than Lehky did.
Tuch will be a good bottom six power forward (maybe)

So overall if MTL get Nemec and Bedard, they need to fix their LW

    ohhh bedard is a right shot
    makes it more complicated

    maybe keep dvorak and put him on the first line if poehling can mold into a 2C, otherwise you're gonna have to put someone on their off side

    Honestly if we draft this year nemec or jiricek and next year bedard/ michkov. We could trade caufield for a LW playmaker maybe lafreniere gorton would be interested, or we could trade for a top line center if suzuki proves to be only 2nd line caliber

    Nemec is my top defender this year. I’d be fine drafting him. However, if we could get Wright, Savoie, I’d prefer that this year over Nemec. I would love for us to find a way to get another pick in the middle of the 1st round this year to try to get Seamus Casey. I think he’ll be a great player and a great fit. Big time pick mover like quinnhughes and skates very well. Would be a great fit with Guhle and Romanov who are physical. Mailloux would be a great component of the crew as well.

    So then you have Wright plus 3 very good D prospects and then you drafts tons of forwards and hope some of them hit this year and next year

    Bedard will be our 1st C when he will surpass Suzuki and Suzuki will drop on the 2nd line that’s it. Lafreniere vs Caufield would be interesting

    Admittedly I don’t know enough about the Slovak to say I’d pick Nemec over him, but I like Nemec and I think he’ll be a very solid 2-way defender. We have so many wingers already so I guess there is a bias towards a defender even though I’m so against drafting for needs- go BPA always and maybe that’s the solvak winger

    Savoie will not go top 3. Lambert will go 10-15 range. Nemec should be around top 5 where we will be picking. Casey guy looks good also. We could probably snag him late in the 1st round.
    We could probably get Lambert if we get a 15-20 pick also

    Yes I know he’s highly rated but so is Nemec. I haven’t done enough research on him yet to know if I’d put him above Nemec or not.

    Casey will be gone by #15. No one is getting him at late first round.

    I wouldn’t draft him over Wright, Savoie, Lambert, Kemell, Jiricek or Nemec. But he can go as high as 7th overall
