Edmonton got Larsson. They likely re-sign Russell. In my opinion they don't need a D-Man, as they already got Larsson.

I'm sure the jets would give a second a 4 and their left nut for faulk

No. Oilers would love Faulk, as he's a huge upgrade on Russell and not much more cap. My problem with this trade is Draisaitl - I don't see Edmonton giving him up at this point. He's a top-10 scorer in the league at just 21. You can't replace that easily - Faulk isn't worth it IMO.

Why? The Jets already have their right defense pretty much set.

Yeah I see where you're coming from there which is why I included lindholm. A - to balance it out. B - to return the oilers another winger to play with mcdavid

Fair point. Personally I think Draisaitl alone gets Faulk & Lindholm. Or Puljujarvi + 2nd round + 4th round for those two.

Basically I think you're in the ballpark value-wise, just not sure if I would trade the 21-year-old star at all. Draisaitl isn't untouchable, but it would take one heck of a package to pry him away from Edmonton.

Agree with this here. Nothing against either Lindholm or Faulk both great players and I am sure Faulk would fit the RHD that can run a power play which the Oil covet but not at the price of Draisaitl.
