Aside from hitting, what else does Crouse do better than Mikheyev?

Higher ceiling, will actually put the puck in the net on god given chances.

Mikheyev even after a poor season last year (coming off serious wrist injury) has a higher career goals per game.

Crouse would be a Clifford upgrade on the Leafs.

That's about it.

Like I said, Higher ceiling. Getting buried in the bottom 6 of a bottom 5 team in the league isn't exactly the best opportunity to succeed.

Not being able to crack the top 6 on a bottom 5 team shows his "high ceiling".

Mikheyev 23 pts in 39 games is wayyyy better production than Crouse's best season.

So, not sure how Crouse after 300 gp has some higher gear he's hiding.

Does he even have a very high ceiling at this point? I think Mikheyev could outproduce Crouse on that second line. He had a tough year last year as mentioned above coming off of major wrist surgery but in his first year ppl seem to forget he was on pace for nearly 50 points. Would rather give Mikheyev a chance there then give him, Engvall and a pick up for a boom or bust (and I doubt it would be a very big boom).

This is why i find most leafs fans so frustrating. please do some research before just posting everything and anything.
