Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Building a roster for the 2022 Winter Olympics, but it has to be cap-compliant. For an added challenge, I get a maximum of one ELC.

I doubt this team could hang with a cap-compliant Canadian team, but I think it could medal.

EDIT: mistakenly included Couturier in the initial roster, replaced him with Saad.
