I wasn't sure how much Holl would get this season as he has no points and I don't think he has been that good this season. What do you think is a fair trade then?

Holl is just a better offensive Josh Brown, but without any offence. He's a depth guy with no future in Ottawa, and no need in the present.

How about we move Mrazek for those pics and then flip them for depth?

Lol not even close. Most of my friends are Ottawa fans, but they're cool in other ways so it makes up for it. I see most Ottawa games and hes a terrible defenseman. That is not even close. He would easily be top 4 there.

Right now, Phaneuf would be top4 in Ottawa, doesn't make Holl any better, or worth any "futures" assets

I'm referring to your ridiculous comparison but the Phaneuf comment made me laugh. But if you don't think dorion would do a 5th and 7th for holl, you're nuts.

He wouldn't, that's a waste of assets. You guys signed Holl, and you're stuck with him. I hope you enjoyed his, wait, I guess you haven't enjoyed any points this season. pretty good offensive D there, zero points in 18 games, pretty good for the 3rd most TOI per game on your team.

Lol ok don't get your panties in a bunch. I suppose you are good at checking stats only, but he is on the "shutdown" pairing not there for points but yes he and Muzzin are both having rough years. So we're stuck with a right shot d for 2 more years at 2 mil...yeah that is pretty bad isn't it?

Quick question what do you expect from the 5th and 7th round picks? Stars?

This is getting kind of fan boy dumb from your side so I think I'll show myself out. If you decide you have anything semi-intelligent to say rather than this nonsense feel free to let me know. Odd that the team that doesn't need defensive help only has 11 points and a goal differential of -30 though.

Shutdown or not, Toronto has a high power offence, there should be points. Saying he's on the shutdown pair sounds more like an excuse. Shutdown pairs are still allowed out of their own end, if they are any good. I know this, I'm an Ottawa fan. I understand being penned in, lol. Two seasons at $2MM isn't a lot, I agree, but there's no room for another depth guy in Ottawa. Holl is a RD, and he's not going to find much ice time with team favourite Zaitsev, fan favourite Zub, Thomson and JBD. There's just no room for another Josh Brown, we have one already.

It doesn't matter what the return on the 5th and 7th picks are, this is a child's argument. It's like, "cmon, give me your assets, they aren't worth much". The Sens don't need to acquire something they don't need.

So I see you've shown yourself out after you ridiculous comments, have a good day.
