Pens decline. If you want Kapanen it is 1st, 2nd, and Bellows as a starting point. And that might not get it done with a division rival.

Yeah they suck now cause they are injured and have covid problems. The healthy roster went like 5-1 to start the season or something like that. Add Kapanen to that and they are even better. So it definitely will take a lot to get something from a divisional opponent.
