I think the value is fine, but I personally think Anaheim will prioritize re-signing Lindholm, and find it unlikely that they'd move him to a division rival when they assume their team will be ready to compete in a year

More so in the sense that Edmonton has no cap to re-sign Lindholm so it would be a short term that he was actually with another team within division. Nothing stopping Anaheim from having a pre-negotiated extension, sending him to Edmonton for a package like this, then signing as a UFA.
