If Arizona is only retaining for cap purposes and not paying a porting of his deal than i think they accept, if it actually costs them real dollars then no. they are cash strapped and not financially viable for this.

If that came with Kravstov that could be ideal right?Kravstov would probably fair pretty well on our "3rd line" judging by his skill set and who we could put him on a line with to make up where he may lack/set an example. He does still have a ton of offensive upside and a lot of the work ethic and defensive stuff we've seen our coaching staff drill into young guys. They could turn him around and possibly have him thrive here. If he doesn't work out we'd still get a defenseman we may need and have enough depth in the forward group to fill the line up proper.

I highly doubt they'd go for Kravstov unless it was a total steal. The defensemen of theirs we'd want either aren't ready to help now (like Robertson & Reunanen) or likely are not available (Schneider).
