it would, and during the offseason, not inseason. He lists Jacob MacDonald, Macdermid, or Jack Johnson as Dmen that would be able to draw into the line up bc Girard was traded....ugh they arent top 4 dmen. Chambers doesn't really cover the team closely and the Denver Posts coverage is very bad.

unless the habs are willing to trade suzuki or caufield they dont have the forward the avs would be looking for. not good trade partners.
