I could only dream of a return as this for Eichel.
Boston is giving up too much Lysell, Studnicka, Vaakanainen, Moore, Wagner, DeBrusk, Steen and BOS 2022 first round pick for Monahan and Coronato.
Calgary is giving up too little only Monahan, Coronato and 2022 1st round pick (CGY) for Eichel.

Let's do this instead:
Buffalo sends Jack to Calgary for Monahan, Dube, Zary, 2022 first. This trade has been kicked around and most people seem to think it is fair.
Buffalo sends Monahan to Boston for DeBrusk, Moore, Wagner, Vaakanainen (he is included for taking Wagner and Moore) and 2022 first DeBrusk and the first has been mentioned as fair as well.
Boston sends Lysell, Steen, and Studnicka to Calgary for Coronato this seems to be an over pay for Coronato, but maybe he is really good.

That is why I broke it out in that fashion.
Initially Buffalo was getting a boat load, as I said, I could only dream of that return.
So I took the pieces left over from what had been considered two separate fair trades in the past and put them into the deal for Coronato.
Then it is easy to see it is an over pay just as I said.
So thank you for your comment as that was the sort of reply I was soliciting.

On the other hand, this post made me realize that Boston does have the pieces to go after Jack directly.
Lysell, Studnicka Vaakanainen, and 2022 first.
The players are listed in the order of their value.
Now with Nick Foligno on the team I would think management would make DeBrusk available:
DeBrusk is added for taking Moore, Wagner to balance the cap,
The three of them carry a total cap hit of $6.7KK for next year and $3KK the following year.
This may be a bit of an over pay, but I think Buffalo would be reluctant to send jack to a team in the east.
If Sweeney were to offer this I could not see any way that Karmanos could turn it down.
