Only guaranteeing one year of Hertl was my hang up. Labanc is damaged goods at this point. Or at least not the player he showed a couple yrs ago...2 1st rd prospects a high 2nd and 3rd rd pick plus an nhl 3rd line center is probably closer than you'd think...

Vrana just signed a 3 yr bridge for 5.25 mil per year. He's the 2nd best goal scorer last yr per 60 mins behind only Matthews. If Tkachuk takes a bridge deal there's no reason at all that it isn't around the 5 mil dollar range.

Brannstrom instead of Brown??? Only 1 year left on Hertl's deal which was my biggest hang up for giving away a first in either of the next two drafts...

Hertl is a top line C. If you're acquiring him it will not be cheap and your deal is very cheap for Sens. Not even close. The conversation starts with Norris and a 1st and ends without a 1st. That's the way it is.

Welp for what the sharks are apparently asking for according to Mr Bickle...I wouldn't be. Hertl has had one year over 70 points. Every other year has been slightly better than what Norris put up as a rookie. For that production I'd keep Norris and the 1sts...
