Description

Let me know what ya think. I think it lets the young guys play with some key veterans to insulate the young. Also gives us a lot of options at center. That is key for the future. I think chytil and Schneider could be monsters. Kappo is a great corners and defensive guy that needs to regain his scoring. Dvorak is a great insulator for our young centers and with all those 1st and seconds we have a ton of great draft capital to rebuild our future.

For this return I certainly would retain 25% of his salary. Chytil and Schneider are going to be great. Schneider is captain material leader type rugged defender. Kappa is already a great defensive forward with star offensive upside. G is a stopgap goalie that could be a great backup for the future in a playoff run in a few years.

A healthy Eichel certainly garners a return like that but tough to see any team paying that package for JE in the current situation, too much risk and uncertainty.

Flames likely reject that trade too.

I don’t get why BUF would trade a first rounder for Dvorak during a rebuild, especially during a deep draft. Even if FLA has a late pick that pick will still be very valuable.

They can not.
Does not happen.
Certainly wont happen for 50 mil over 5 yrs, player has serious neck injury, oh also has maturity/attitude issues too.

Think Stone return, with no neck. Heck instead of trading all of our valuable kids and picks for a cap fusion, NYR keep it all and trade simply trade 1st, 2nd & kid for Dvorak. Much better than capless/neckless Harford Wolfpack.
