Dude, Weegar was a top-10 defenseman last year, that's a terrible offer. Also don't expect that much from NJ.

That's fair tbh didn't see a lot of panthers games. knowing that I would probably give up more than I did I will edit that and I changed my mind on the NJ deal I changed it to NYI I think the NYI deal is a little more realistic but maybe an overpayment but knowing Armstrong and how he pulls off deals who knows. Isles deal looks good now, but we would have to take Komarov back in that. We should consider Weegar off limits altogether. You have the right idea in what to target but FLA should have no interest in dealing Weegar. A better target would be Lindholm from ANA, but we offer our 1st instead of those picks.

I like Lindholm maybe if I fixed someones contract for a little less we could make it work in the cap. never even thought about Lindholm just because of cap hit. I like that a lot!

Sanford is the expendable one and I think Bozak would take a discount.

I agree for sure I would get rid of Sanford in a heart beat but if he plays strictly 4th line hes not terrible maybe that's me holding out hope but I would still get rid of him if anybody wanted him and yeah Bozaks contract is probably the one I would fix and make his money around 1.75 mil
