Team B is a lot better. Also interesting that the top 2 players are on 1 team.

Team B's first line has the two best players in the world on it and you still think A's first line is better? what are you on?

I think the step down from Huberdeau to Kane is big enough to offset the gap between the other two players in the line. I will say I am lower on Kane than most people, like a lot lower. I'm also biased towards Huberdeau, he is my 3rd favorite non-Cane

As to why I felt they’re even from my opinion;

Matthews Huberdeau and Point could keep up - Matthews and Huberdeau are close to McDavid MacDog but behind obviously, but Point has shown in the regular season he’s phenomenal plus in the playoffs he’s been a consistent monster. Making the gap up mightly and evening it up I’d say. 4 franchise players plus Kane who’s a near elite top 6 (not elite tho) and then Point is performing a near franchise.
I like Huberdeau play making for the scorer matthews and points a net presence and speedy winger. I think it makes a even matchup.

By my score thats mcdavid-13 matthews-4 and ties-3 mcdavid has 3x what matthews has plus going 4-2 in top 6, 3-0-1 in the top 4, and 1-0-1 in net.

Line 2 and Line 3 def were where the lines that needed the biggest adjustments. Just gave line 3 for Matthews Horvat which him alone could be a huge difference maker but yeah there’s def a bigger swing too McDavid in that middle 9 tho I would say it’s Girard vs Klingberg which is close and then Tanev vs Toews which is also close (tanev was fantastic D wise) but Girard did have a great year.
