Description

Greg Wyshynski (ESPN) thinks that the Golden Knights need a star center. He mentioned, Malkin, Eichel, Barkov, Kuznetsov as centers that could be available

I think the Golden Knights definitely need to upgrade the center position, however, they won't be able to afford any of the top centers like Greg mentioned above. I think Vegas should either go for young/underperforming centers such as Strome or Patrick that need a change of scenery and could rebound by playing with good wingers in Vegas. Or Vegas could go for fringe #1 Center like Reinhart.

MAF you would have to retain a bit for sure.

I don't mind the Reinhart deal honestly. I am not sure what Sabres would want back. Might be another pick or decent prospect cause Glass hasn't progressed so far to what they expected him.

I would have to think Vegas needs to add a roster player to the Reinhart Trade. Both to equalize the value better and because they have to move money to make the rest of this work. No team goes into the season with absolutely no salary cap space.
