I have to disagree. Dumba isn't a cap dump. He's an excellent Dman. He definitely is an expansion draft casualty though. And that's a good thing for the Sabres. Cause I don't see MIN wanting to move him if that wasn't the case.

Who knows if he actually needs surgery. There's no news coming out about his neck at all in Buffalo. The Sabres doctors thought rest and therapy would be best. The surgery he wants only a few athletes have ever had.
