Kreider says no. But either way kreiders better than galchenyuk and you certainly have the cap space so why move him.

I definitely agree but it’s so help keep cap space open for resigning guys in the following offseason with Reinhart signing long term. That was my reasoning for it

Reinhart is the last player the Rangers need.
He isn’t a C, and don’t try to sell him as one until he plays a full season in the position. Less than 30 games as a C in a 500 game career does not qualify him as such.

Give away a 25 goal/50 point winger PLUS this years 1st round draft pick for the sake of future cap management? That's not reasoning, that is insanity. You could be the Sabers next GM.
