I’m I big Reilly fan, i think it has less to do with him and more to do with an expiring contract and being a larger cap hit that can make some change to the roster… having sandin, muzzin, dermot and Brody capable of playing the LD has something to do with it as well… I would rather the team run it back with mostly the same team and take your chances the big boys get it done…. They are still getting better.

Too hard on Mikheyev, he is great especially when he could shoot before his wrist was slit.

I just don't see it that way man. Even before his injury he had hands of stone on tap ins and made terrible shot choices. He just isn't that good offensively. And, thats okay. He has a place in the NHL. It just should not be on the Leafs and never for that amount of money. PK'ers are a dime a dozen.
