Kerfoot will probably wind up in Seattle. If not, the Leafs won't be willing to retain salary. That being said, even if they want to shed his salary, I don't think they'd be willing to move one of a whopping 3 picks they have this year, a godd prospect and a decent NHL player for a guy who's (so far) a concussion and injury nightmare that hasn't lived up to billing.

PHI's best option is to play him this year, and see how he does. No point in selling low, and if he sucks this year or gets hurt, they can walk away.

I think the leafs need to keep Kerfoot cause he is gonna be one of the only good depth players they will have next year. Also right now Patrick kinda sucks as is looking more and more like a draft bust.
