well I'm allowed to watch other teams and I see other team's rosters and it's obvious that the Rangers don't have a playoff roster. Plus they are probably adding "tough guys" which will make them worse.

LOL. You are allowed to watch but you obviously don't know much or learn from watching. If they weren't in the best division during this season, they would have been a playoff team THIS year, and with the youngest team in the league. Next season, with a few additions, more experience for the kids, and a return to normal divisions, they will be in the playoffs, and Buffalo fans along with their team will be watching them on TV.
