I don't see any other teams as tanking, I think Los Angeles & Anaheim are both going to play their young players, but actually aim for a mid table finish.

I'm saying CBJ. They need a top centre badly, and with Shane Wright and Connor Bedard on the horizon they'll most likely tank.

Yotes and Blue Jackets. They need to tank for their own good. Both teams are a wreck right now.
