Marner is heavily overpaid and doesn't show up in the playoffs. Calgary already has trouble showing up in the playoffs so why would we add another player like that? Not worth it especially if we have to give up our future. Plus he doesn't seem like that decent of a dude either

Player A: 0.63 ppg in playoffs career.
Player B: 0.78 ppg in playoffs career.
Player C: 0.33 ppg in playoffs career.

I also don't get the whole "Marner doesn't seem like a good guy" thing. Why? Because he placed a value on himself, and the team caved and gave it to him?

Unlike my Calgary brethren here - I have no problem with Marner for JG - but you will only get one of either Wolf or Zary - you choose.
