A center for of Pettersson, Barkov, and Horvat makes any team a cup contender without taking any other part of the roster into consideration.

Yeah well Barkov isn't leaving Florida especially not for Vancouver and i doubt the Canucks even have the pieces for Seth Jones. Like i said that team isn't competing for a cup anytime soon.

I stand by my current statement, The current Canuck roster with Barkov and Jones aren't a cup contending team. They'd be a very good playoff team but there's still tons of better team out there better then this roster. Jones is a very good offensive Dman but sucks defensively he's not going to be a major player on that team. And fat chance of Barkov leaving Florida for Vancouver. If Barkov wants to get paid it wont be from Vancouver Hughes and Pettersson are already going to cost them a fortune here shortly.
