I like this. Mikheyev is one of the most frustrating players to like. His speed, tenacity and puck handling down low are super impressive. Then when he get's a chance to make a pass or a shot he all of a sudden has cement for hands. Engvall has looked much different to me in his playoff games. He's playing using his size more, finishing some checks and getting into it a bit after whistles, great to see! Only down side to this is moving Simmonds down. I like him better in a 3rd line role. I haven't really liked Thornton Spezza Simmonds but was only for game 1 and that game needs to be taken with a grain of salt. The one thing about Brooks in the lineup, is him between Jumbo and Spez seem to ignite the two elders a bit and I think they like playing with the young guy.
Anyways, a long winded way to say I'm grateful for the depth this team has and I'm excited to see if they can close out the habs next game.

Could not agree more about Simmonds, loved how he looked on that 3rd line also. But IMO having Foligno there could really make that line dominate. They would just cycle the hell out it lol. But yes, the depth the Leafs have this year is amazing. No JT, Matthews with 1 goal, Marner with 0 goals and the Leafs are up 3-1. SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD
