Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

- Leverage the 1st Round pick and Seattle to move out only Neal - and switched Koskinen to a buyout.
- Bring in a proven winner to proper mentor McDavid and Draisaitl on the details.
- Glendening is a 60% FOW right handed player that can protect McLeod defensively - who we are obviously investing in now at the NHL level.
- Make Jujhar and Caleb earn their time.
- One of Larsson or Bear is expendable if Hamilton signs. Bouchard should be in the top 6 next year.
- Goalies and Hoffman are on prove it One Year deals.
- Hall has proven he can produce with RNH. RNH needs help on the second line. To me, Hall/ RNH/ 97/29 can be juggled throughout the regular season - but looking at the playoffs, this would be the line up.
- Holland likely shelters Broberg and Holloway for most of the year.
- Klefbom is a major question mark. If he's not healthy, look at Ryan Murray on a 1 year prove it deal.
- Prove deals expire, allowing the Oilers to resign Nurse for Hamilton money.

A 1st doesn't offload both Koskinen and Neal. Try a 1st + Holloway at minimum. Moving Connolly cost FLA Borgstrom, a 7th, and Stillman for a mediocre rental in Wallmark and a C prospect at best in Carlsson, and Connolly is better and cheaper than Neal.

I have read at least 8 Oilers posts today and I think 7 of them made zero sense. Bringing back RNH would be dumb. You have two top centers but for some reason you guys seem to not be able to figure out that your two best players should never be on the ice together unless it is a PP. You need a LW to play with McDavid. You could play Hoffman over there. Resigning Hall? I sincerely doubt that.
