I mean, they signed the best UFA goalie available last year, one of the top 5 dmen available, and have been pretty successful keeping their team together, so I'm not sure where you get the whole "No one wants to play for the Flames"...

I'd prefer Calgary, to be honest. It's not like Philly is this magical fairy land where the weather is beautiful, the city is lovely, and they're a contender every year. Calgary is actually a really nice city. Lake Louise and Banff are both reasonably close. The weather is typically better than Philly as well. The only downfall is the income tax difference.
