Remove the two 2nds and give a 1st (either 2021 or 2022) and it's a very strong offer. Don't see the Blues being in on Eichel though.

I agree completely.
One of the few offers that actually is offering what Buffalo needs, LHD and Centers.
I would even go a step further replace Blais, 2022 2nd and 2023 2nd round pick (STL) with 2021 first and I would make this deal.
@habs1289 You are correct Jack is minus 70 for his career, but the team around him is absolutely terrible.
It is reasonable offer IMO.

+/- isn't a stat to judge a player on. Anyone in Buffalo is going to have a horrible +/- for their career.
