Pass on Faksa. Good player, but Martinook will come back and the canes have 3000 prospects ready to take bottom 6 roles. Replacing depth isn't the hard part for the Canes right now. Plus, Tieksola just signed his ELC. The likelihood is... he could be one of the bottom 6 guys next year.

Carolina says no. McGinn and Martinook missed time this season at the same time and Canes were fine. I'd rather promote a prospect than trade for Faksa

I also don't think Montreal goes for another older goalie when Primeau hasn't been given a long look yet. My guess is they give him a shot but I could be wrong

Hoglander is def a guy I’d move Esa for. I feel like he’s played his way to being worth more than Esa tbh and I don’t see those teams coming together on a trade with the owner beef. I also think we have to take Rous back in that trade for cap reasons. I like your D signings. I hope Rig signs for a little less, but I’d be okay with that. I’d try to get Martinez down to one year cuz we have a handful of guys that will need more money next year. I think JRob and Segs are gonna be a thing. Guri and Benn you’ve got. I think Kivi and Hintz are gonna be a thing. Prolly with Pavs. I think Rads makes a lot of sense with JRob and Segs. So Nils with Benn and Guri. Rous with Dickie and Dell. Personal preference and lines are far from set in stone obv. Not sure if the Canes are a fit for Fox, but I don’t think you’d have a problem getting a pick and prospect from somebody. I don’t see Nill being this active or moving Fox or Esa, but that obv doesn’t keep me from trading them in mine lol. I wouldn’t be at all unhappy with that offseason
